Hem canı cheesecake çekip hem vegan beslenmeye devam diyenlere: Cevizli hurmalı raw vegan cheesecake

Raw Eggplant 'Carpaccio' Though raw vegan carpaccio is usually made with zucchini (much easier), I didn't have any left, though I did have some eggplant that needed to be used Thin eggplant slices Marinate them for 10 minutes in olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt and coconut aminos Once set on plate, garnish with parsley Add grape tomatoes Sprinkle with nutritional yeast and hemp seeds I personally ate this with greens ----------------------------------------------- Eggplant is one of the strongest cancer-fighting foods. As a purple pigmented food, it protects the central nervous system and the digestive system ----------------------------------------------- Parsley has very high amounts of chlorophyll, which is the most powerful color pigment in the world.
